We take pride in shipping the very best birds available. Birds are shipped USPS Express Mail. We generally ship Mondays and Tuesdays and will communicate the tracking information once the birds have shipped. Birds are considered to be the buyer’s responsibility once they are in the hands of the carrier. Any loss as a result of transport will be managed via the USPS insurance program. We do not offer a refund for delayed delivery. You may request a refund by calling USPS customer service. This purchase is not refundable.
